The transition from ring ceremony to dinner. A little tough on some of us.
We asked all of the guests to take pictures at the entrance to capture who attended. This was a project. Chairs recovered, picture frames painted, a chandelier assembled and rewired by Dad, plus the task of making the entire backdrop work just hours before guests arrived. I think Mom said we needed to name the first child Natalie and the second Christel?
One of the best parts of the evening, being able to walk around to each of the tables at dinner and talk to everyone that came. We wish we had more time and felt overwhelmed by how much support we had in making this big step.
