We decided to be festive and make gingerbread men for our friends and family. Eric got really excited about starting while I was at work. The first batch turned in to a gingerbread crisp in the oven. That's when we realized Eric couldn't tell the difference between powder sugar and flour. We're not sure where Eric learned his baking skills.
